    I take it as this is what is being shopped around for investment. If they send anything to potential partners it needs to be released to market.

    I read it as if this is being sent out it needs to be shown and disclosed to the whole market.

    It could be just a fluff piece but I feel it is a positive. We know how good this deposit is. Could be a partner bidding war.
