A very sound presentation. With this merger being a company maker why is the market so cool about it? This is a big deal, and yet all which we have seen so far is a an initial uptick in the SP followed by a now steady drift back down to pre announcement levels. Why? Does the whole deal need to move to the next stage and be finalised (signed and sealed) before the fish will bite? Perhaps is it because at this stage either side could still walk away?Even so a bit puzzling. Any ideas out there?
