Solid state won't replace Li-B anytime soon, probably 10 years away and Li-Metal no immediate threat to NCM 811 market. Though early commercialized products looking promising:

"The new battery cell specifications of 500 Wh/kg, 1.000 Wh/L and 450 cycles are very impressive."

Point was, Battery500 has competitors already commercializing the SS technology.
Apparently Battery500 have 'aggressive goal' re: lithium-metal cells.

Though we all know ur thoughts on goals eh?
Are Battery500 close to releasing anything?
