This presentation talks a lot about Chinese finance, JV and technology, almost as if nothing will go without the Chinese.
Therefore, while CLQ may talk it up, yet the bottom line is "nothing will happen" because we're now living in the new era of fear for the Chinese stealing western technologies. So the Aus gov't may not approve any of it for fear of losing the next election. CLQ Sunrise may be just a dream !
