Didn't Buru shut down the old rig early last year with several months of good weather still ahead...Likely to shut down early this year too if the new crew found late in the season proves why they were found unemployed... not likely Eric and ROC swiped them with offers of higher pay. IMO (Lucky those or he who sold at yesterday's $0.29 high...might have seen some paperwork early this month perhaps)
