Ok Eric (and highly likely Roc) wants to have U6H and U7H (and probably U-north) to produce and bring production rate up to 3,000 bopd.
Work on that and generate a decent cash flow, before committing to Rafa.
At this stage aiming for a higher production rate....., trucking to Wyndbloodyham?.....
