the way I read it is mgmt want to finish what they started at Nifty and get it humming but this is going to require more capital.. including equity. APAC are sick of getting diluted and shareholder wealth destruction.. so APAC are trying to put a stop to the endless cash grabs of mgmt and wastage at Nifty.. they want it shut down and focus on Renison.. all an opinion only
