The DMS circuit is doing the J.O.B and if the fines come online quickly then the C1 cost will get hacked down almost immediately. Clear path to even lower costs, if the contracts hold and given the new refinancing terms (I always had faith) there's definitely room for $ there. Impressive

Ironically the closing price today (4.5c) is my original buy in price. I partook in some CRs since so my average is up, but given I was extremely happy buying in at that price in Jan or Feb 2016 (fluked the bottom of the run there) and they had nothing but promise, I'm pretty satisfied to continue buying here.
