Given the professionalism of the presentation and the timing I think it’s flagging intent to a number of potential suitors and indeed the shanshan director who hopefully has excused himself under conflict of interest corps act from negotiations, however will be accurately conscious when reporting to his parent company that ongoing discussions are taking place
