Spot on and that is how they work it. It happened with CTL but we didn’t know until the end that the CEO had not taken a salary at all over a 3 year period but Ithink that he had taken directors fees
So in administration wages are repaid in cash or shares in the next venture that would involve the company’s current assists. Shareholders get nothing as usual.
Cannot do anything about this behaviour as ASIC have turned a blind eye to it in the past and now they will use the excuse of Covid
