I noticed on page 9 it states the demand for solid state lithium metal batterys.
So the conventional lithium ion battery has ions in with the electrolyte and the solid state battery will use a lithium metal as the anode with a solid electrolyte.
Dose anyone have an idea of how much lithium is required in the anode of the solid state vs how much lithium in the conventional lithium ion battery??
Is anyone aware of the process in creating lithium metal?? E.g.. hydroxide or carbonate being involved or another method entirely??
If anyone one could provide some links to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
I have a hunch that tesla could announce on their planned battery day sometime this month the commercialization of a new solid state battery any thoughts?
Cheers Gltah
