of course there mandate is to buy this on the cheap and where else are they going to get the shares from u less there is a Cr that they can get involved in..
remember they were NOT allowed to be in the last. they have been told there is no CR and there getting debt and this makes sense to the board as access to capital markets is so easy with all time low interest rates and we will see for years...
