The managment would actively be looking for another investor group to fund their subsidiary NBHC , the HK investor group have invested 18M kept in escrow before they cancelled the deal , not sure how much they need for NBCH , the $10M just raised would rather be for business opportunities outside RADI ,
l already own a truck load of NOV but couldn't help myself and bought a few more at .23.5
