    To expand on your comments around the capped commissions - these contract values were based around minimum sales obligations being hit, not a maximum contract value. Therefore given RLG's recent overachievements as far as sales are concerned, I would be comfortable using the stated contract values as a baseline for future growth - give or take a few percent.

    I will say however that the sales commissions may be tiered instead of capped. Eg: 20% up to X sales, 15% thereafter OR 20% up to X, 15% from X to Y, 10% from Y onwards. You get the picture.

    While I agree that any business based around a consulting/agency model will bring a 'why can't we do this ourselves' mindset, the biggest determining factor here is China. A highly lucrative market that businesses are simply not qualified or unwilling to trade in without someone holding their hand and showing them the way.

    Another big quarter, all this selling just presents an opportunity to top up IMO.
