The above from the June 2020 Quarterly is nothing more than a hope/ dream a forward looking statement, it is not formal and nor is price sensitive, so no damage done apparently even though the price surged over 100% following the announcement and a futher 200% to 3cents on the day after.
I believe the ASX do have a look at reports to ensure they are within the guidlines.
You will no doubt get a similar response that I have in the past with questions I have made in relation to various company reports, alternatively you can try ASIC I wish you luck.
