i think SP will get pushed to over 50c very soon before go ahead project announcement, and CR. Not sure of exact order.
There is not too many shares on offer on the sell side, if an institution wanted to buy even a small parcel on the market, they would struggle as everyone is buying and holding. in a few years BCI could be paying out current market cap as dividend each year.
