You left an operative word out. "Potential" after the "Boom".
Boom potential. The chart shows the potential in comparison to the boom experienced back in 2010. Not that a boom is in existenced now.
Although, many analysts Ive read suggest a boom potential does exist and we are currently in the infancy stages..
