I think the market will value this differently if mgmt just shut up about trying to buy other royalty streams.......on the other hand, how do mgmt justify their compensation (or increase their compensation) if they have to do virtually nothing.
Very tempted by this as a long term dividend play, but the challenge is value destruction if mgmt end up messing up what looks like a crown jewel (MAC)
