I wouldn't actually mind if they paid out only say 80 to 90% of profit and used the rest to fund extra royalties.Not necessarily dilutive. Most likely as part of late stage mine financing where give maybe $200m for lifetime royalty of xyz%. Reduced payout would allow a prudent mix of debt and equity to fund such deals.
