If you bought the shares at 7.3 cents (the Current Price) and you sold them on 30 April 2023 at 13 cents then the simple gain is 13/7.3 = 1.78 = 178%. Strictly speaking, you should subtract the original amount to get the 'gain'. In that case, the gain is 13-7.3 = 5.7c, and the percentage gain would be 5.7/7.3 = 0.78 = 78%.
As you said @Cyberguy, the table is meant to illustrate which is a better choice, options or shares, depending on what price you can buy them at and what you think the share price will get to by 30 April 2023.
