Not surprised at all by yesterday’s sell down.

As soon as there’s even a whisper of a cap raise some holders will sell!!

I made some enquiries and KWR are in London right now because these are the dates for the conference.
They still have $3m so sure they’ll have to raise at some point however not immediately now.

I’m heartened to know they are looking for institutional money going forward to be on the register rather than the coin flippers all junior stocks have.

That’s what KWR needs. Smart money picking up any cheap stock that comes to market.

Just be mindful the board will want to raise money at the highest level possible to avoid dilution and for those that sold I’d hate to be on the wrong side of a trading halt with initial assays back from the lab causing the stock to double on open.

Don’t fool yourself that that can’t happen as it certainly could.
