    All these theories about the appointment of Ashok being something underhand is rubbish ,as HRZ has over 37 mil shares in KWR through selling Menzies to KWR and so was entitled to have a seat on the board and that was Jon Price CEO HRZ ,Jon has vacated his seat to concentrate on the IPO for the spin off of Richmond Vanadium project ,Ashok who is also a board member of HRZ is just replacing Jon .
