yes that's right, Bruce is talking up the news to highlight the positive aspects, like all companies do. The heading is a heading, you need to read the detail, but the information is all there. I mean here is a CEO who is basically learning on the job how to deal with the EPA and I agree, has got it wrong early on, but now the ball is in the EPA's court and what do we get? No response.
