Management have made mistakes for sure, but abysmal? Don't agree with that assessment. They've been dealing with the EPA which sat on documents for months without any timeline guidance on their side. Now it's different, there is a timeline published by the EPA and they are not meeting it. You can't blame Bruce for the inability of the EPA to respond in a timely manner. Here we are on the cusp of a decision re the ERD for AN finally and the EPA isn't responding. Again.
