Good pickup. I didn't notice that. It will have to add value to the NPV if it is included in the DFS and it increases total expected production volumes at any stage and especially so if stage 2 and 3 expansions are brought forward significantly. Better still if the stage 3 is also expanded for higher long term volumes and cash flow.
MAP prices have pulled back from their $1300 spike high but a DFS does not use spike high price assumptions. Phosphate rock prices are still rising and customer demand appears to be growing even more quickly. That should mean increased sales volumes assumptions in the DFS. It seems likely that the delays to the DFS are only going to add value to it. Some posters here saw a negative in the delay, I expect a stronger NPV as a result of the delay and therefore a stronger sp target.
