they are already struggling to sell product from KMP. why would they contemplate building more? especially since KMP theoretically has capacity to produce up to 16,000tpa.
10t from 5200tpa capacity has been sold. think about it.
i'm sure they still have hope of building multiple metals plants around the world but the time is not now and certainly not before dubbo construction begins
