It is really a strange thing. If the world is calling out for a supply chain away from China why aren't ASM getting more support?
Maybe this capital raising will get ASM headed in the right direction to move towards finance for the Dubbo.
Maybe the interested parties want too much or possibly this step with the metal plant will a crucial bit of the puzzle.
