I do not interpret it that way. If it supposed to be 'read' as you say then why does the arrow not point upwardly diagonally at the POSCO word. No : it goes horizontally towards an as yet unknown (to us) upstream chemicals / battery processor / manufacturer.
This is what has been said / explained in more than one podcast / investor session.
One could have a guess given the state of the world, and the commonsense desirability of market diversification, that such receiver of lithia salts will not be in China. Likely USA - somewhere where it isnt too late to create an organised, cohesive, connecting pre planned supply chain. And quickly. Ie : USA ! Its pretty obvious.
But Hey, anything can happen.
