Good catch! Looks to me like the Pmean liquids for Bandy are significantly wrong.
PMean can be estimated using "Swanson's Rule' .. Pmean = 0.3*(P90 +P10) + 0.4*P50 ... gives ~72.6MMbbl, .. lending plausibility to your suggestion that the decimal is wrongly placed, and it should be 73.5MMbbl.... supported, as you observe, by the totals etc.
