I hope so. I just can't see that the STO buyback is a sufficient reason for STO to hold back on FID for Dorado. Yes it's a big project for STO but no where near as "company making or breaking" as it is for CVN. Just my opinion but I suspect it has more to do with how many resources are being put into the Dorado project, where it fits in with the STO pipeline and maybe, just maybe, side discussions with another company that wants to buy in.
