Are you suggesting that the Commonwealth Govt is dictating the location for our Product Qual Facility - that the $2.9m grant is conditional on EGR locating it in NSW? If thats the case, no big deal, providing that it works in our favour and I can't see how it could be detrimental. The purpose and nature of the facility means it can be located anyway and not on site of our proposed BAM facility in Aust... WA or Kwinana. By why doesn't EGR state that with some details on the proposed site?

Personally, I believe the multi-pronged technologies that EGR has developed makes us a great candidate for the Lucas Heights district given who we be alongside... namely CSIRO. But why doesn't EGR at least mention it? What's with the silence... are we sworn to silence by the Govt? Your turn, Dozen, to quell my frustration and elaborate on the point you raised, pleeease!
