they need over $100m to fund construction
I doubt very much they will get enough interest from shareholders and instos to participate given poor management history of failing to deliver any project or obtain financing for epanko. Also don’t forget failed innogy float . There needs to clean out of BOD for investor community to start taking this company bit more seriously
