The company has made no secret that their looking at options to expand operations. Surely people are smart enough to know that will cost money.
This out of the Corporate presentation today basically says that Ekati is only the first piece of the puzzle.
"Ekati is the foundational asset in Burgundy’s aim to become a multi-mine, tier 1 producer and a meaningful player in the global diamond industry"
