China - is my take, they build loads of EV's but by all accounts their economy is in the toilet with Evergrande and Country Garden, so Li demand is low (in my opinion).
They don't have any transparency on their economics, so it's hard to ascertain exactly where they are at but I'm just going to come back end of the year.
Aug & Sep are known to the volatile and given the other geo political stuff going on, extra volatile.
