If you (and others) focussed on the real issues +6 months ago and held management to account then things might be different now.

If I was management, I would tip the coy into administration, swap debt for most of the equity (wiping out the shareholders) and then sell half the company for fresh funding. That way, management own half the company, new investors own the other half, and existing shareholders get wiped.

Yep, the company's business plan happens, but without you. That's what I a mean by the preso missing the mark.

This scenario in my view is broadly what I expect will play out... with variations but substantively as described.
