Your point is well made.
My point is that people understand the story, but don't understand the capital demands to deliver the story. And information on improved governance goes to trust, particularly given the conflicts between the board (as investors in debt and equity) and shareholders. That is what is missing and that is what has gotten this company is so much trouble.
