The funding for Bunya ALWAYS had to be a facility directly attached to the offtake for a minnow company like VRC
So the company advancing the debt facility would be the offtaker and that would form part of the security. They went with a no name nobody for the offtake and no money was attached to it.
ZG still losing a fortune i imagine as its only producing for a small window of time. And they still haven't updated us on the legal action to get out of the second $5 million payment thats due. despite being told we would be updated months ago.
SPP closed yesterday so they will soon have to tell us how many people gave them any cash. If they make the same zero progress this quarter hard to see them getting any more money for next quarters wages and expenses. crunch time must be coming. Have to achieve SOMETHING soon.
