Perhaps many feel uncomfortable because VRC are bleeding money from every orifice despite having a working mine they’re so ready to blow hot air about.
To any sane investor, past performance of BOD, actions and finances are very important. Our BOD are unstable, even uncertain. The new guy has been tasked fixing all of the last guys messes.
It is irrational to call anyone who finds this pathway irrational rational
