Company recently raised cash with the underwritten of options. This is likely strategics and sophs investors wanting to come on board. With a low number of SOI, buying on market would drive up the price too much.
It's a two-edge sword when it comes to raising for explorers. Whilst the funds are not really needed at the moment, if an explorer is offered funds, they usually take it as the market may become more difficult to raise at a later date.
No way MIN is not interested in gaining a foot hold in this one as well, similar to KM1 considering the land package available. There is also Hancock Prospecting with the abutting tenement west of New Dawn as well who may see value in TOR likewise similar to FBM.
