Tim stated that the interested parties including a top 20 pharma were already up to speed with where 1AD were at and had indicated to the company what hurdles were required to be passed before proceeding to next stage. These have been completed.The issue will be a good one imo with different offers being assessed. I have no idea if it will be a protracted exercise or not however based on again what Tim said they are wanting to move quickly now but with the right deal.
