Simply the value of the company post dea has been estimated around 13c. This values the options at 10c. (10c plus the exercise price of 3c)
10c is 20 times .005c
As there is not much time until expiry there really is little 'time' value. So it all comes down to what price the heads will be before expiry.
High risk/high reward
I believe the comapny will value the prize of over $5m in the kitty more than the dilutionary effect but we will find out soon enough
