I dont think they're desperate for cash just yet. They did not raise as much as they wanted last time with the open offer which was unfortunate, but if they do raise I think it will (hopefully) be on the back of a higher share price when the PFS is released and or Posco news. I'm guessing that will be simultaneous anyway.
