"It dips, then in the weeks following it spikes back up"
This is wildly incorrect. Each dip, almost entirely from September 2020 has had a dead cat bounce, followed by a more severe dip. @dwjd should rightly have concerns until finance is secured. The language for financing hasn't changed, and it is still "discussions are ongoing" which isn't great. There are material risks at the moment that the majority are ignoring.
