Re "CVN has appointed JP Morgan to sell off the 10% stake in Dorado" I am not sure it is that OR CVN as a whole.
Just selling the Dorado stake, will not IMO net as much value to the SH's as selling CVN. The sentiment of oil is again changing,
there may be parties out there that are willing to suffer STO or might even take their 50% of Dorado as KG has indicated.
Owning CVN is a good way to get STO's share through Pre-empting.
