You may have noticed from the recent Company Presentation that long time investor (friend/associate/etc of the Chairman) in Rohan Patnaik ( Top 10 Holder) recently reduced his holding in Lindian from a previous high of 6.7% to 6.3%. Wonder why?
No need to be alarmed as Ven Capital ( Chairman's sibling?) increased its holding from 8.8% to 9.51% over the same period. Possibility that some of the shares may have been transfered.
