I think a liontown resources reference could be applicable. At the moment we have a great FS, but no way to finance it, so there are still question marks as to whether the Kangankunde project will proceed (even though it seems obvious that it will). But I imagine prospective major stakeholders want certainty. But, they also want a good price for buy in. It is not in the brokers interests for the SP to rise between now and go time...
For me, this is still time for accumulation and wait.
