there was a substantial number of DOR legacy shares of highly disgruntled shareholders who if i read correctly here in different chat groups had real issue and frustration with previous board/management and super irate due to the stock being suspended. they are all free to trade post suspension being lifted - most of vendors according to the ASX announcements were escrowed. perhaps its IPO spread funds or DOR legacy disgruntled shareholders...
