I never said a deal has been done. What I have said implied or however you want to take it is that they have a number of offers on the table, which has been disclosed numerous times, yes they have tweaked those deals - also disclosed to market, but they have internally got a deal they are happy with - not disclosed as there is no agreement. Providing their walls don't have ears then - any ordinary person won't know that and as such they aren't in breach. So until they make that deal conditional with the other party - and that party wont know that either then they aren't in breach.


So what I am saying is that I think they have a deal they are ok with but haven't completed the last stage. It's a hunch from reading between the lines.
