Which makes you wonder what has been going on there for the past 12-18months?
At any rate, long term buy signal on the Monthly chart in April remains valid....so I stay long. Those cautious buyers should wait for a break of 4.3c, but the downside appears limited at 3c, so there's quite a price to pay in waiting.
Targets remain 13/13.5, then 20c in the longer term.
