This post did make me laugh, when I had my morning coffee the other day. Well done on picking out the boat.

Really interesting month ahead.

Looks like the corporate side of things are prettty much put to bed. Now can the rubber hit the road with one of the UK assists with a farm in. That would make it an exciting end to the year. Also if you look at the timelines for the new acquisition, funding partner starts in 2024 and goes through next year. I would find it surprising given from how I see these guys operate, if they wouldn’t have sounded out some potential funding partners already.
